As a leader in plywood innovation we have developed a family of fire retardant plywood products specific to the needs of construction sector. Paged Softwood ThickPly FR is modified through an innovative immersion method that renders the entire panel exceptionally fire resistant. In addition to being B-s1-d0 certified, as required by the Technical Building Code, and CE1 structural certification, our product line is manufactured from a sustainably sourced, FSC® certified Baltic pine using the latest plywood manufacturing technology. Paged Softwood ThickPly FR is manufactured using complete immersion method in a sustainable fire retardant with no harmful compounds. Thanks to the process adopted by our company, the panel retains its fire retardancy performance even after drilling and machining. Paged Softwood ThickPly FR combines the highest level of plywood fire retardancy without compromising the technical performance of our plywood panel.

Paged Softwood ThickPly FR panel is immersion impregnated with a sustainable fire retardant.

All plies are made of pine veneer with the thickness of 2.6 mm. Such a structure provides this type of plywood with excellent performance properties. In comparison to standard birch plywood, it is much lighter and maintains good values of the modulus of elasticity and bending strength. It is suitable for interior and exterior applications in dry and humid conditions with fully protection from the weather (service class 1 and 2, EN 636).
